LEAWOOD, Kan., March 3, 2020 — Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) now offers text to local landline parts ordering at dealerships across the U.S. The new service provides customers with the ability to text their local parts department from their mobile devices.

“We launched this technology to improve the customer experience by eliminating phone wait times and increase customer uptime,” MHC Senior Vice President of Parts and Service Operations Mike Bozzoli said. “Now our customers have the convenience to text directly to MHC's local parts departments.”

MHC dealers stock a large inventory of heavy and medium duty truck parts for all makes and models. Additionally, MHC now offers an eCommerce site for customers to manage their parts inventory, making reorders simple, convenient and accurate. Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at most locations, MHC offers on-site delivery for all makes, including Kenworth, Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Mack, International and Western Star.

Located across 16 states, MHC is a network of over 100 locations, including 71 heavy and medium duty truck dealers, 27 MHC Truck Leasing locations, four Carrier Transicold locations and a wholly-owned finance company, MHC Financial Services. MHC features Kenworth, Volvo, Hino, Ford and Isuzu trucks. MHC locations are open 7 days, 24 hours in all major markets.
