Easy Record Keeper users are experiencing difficulty selecting text for printing from patient records. Easy is not recognizing the year 2010. The only work around known at this time is to let the program prepare all of the record for printing in the print preview window and then select and delete the text you do not want to print. (To select quickly, put the cursor at beginning of selection then scroll down to the end and press the left shift key and then click the mouse at the end of the text to remove.) We will try to make a bug fix in Easy but we cannot guarentee that this will be possible. We will announce it here if we have a fixed release.
