Comment:

This patient has had an adequate trial of a standard, typical neuroleptic. If you reached this comment window after indicating that the patient had an adequate trial of molindone or thioridazine, the comment would be that the patient has had a neuroleptic trial that is considered equivalent to having a trial of a standard, typical neuroleptic and serves as a satisfactory alternative to such a trial. You will now be asked if you have considered trying one of the new generation of antipsychotics.
