You appear to have almost enough cooperation of the patient to complete an adequate trial of the neuroleptic, and since you have gotten this far, you might as well try to work on the compliance issues to see if this can result in full cooperation. When this occurs, go back to the previous question and select the answer for "good compliance" and complete the assessment described. If you fail, select the answer for "poor compliance" and proceed with the recommendations there.
