Complete the trial of the current medication according to the parameters described in the Help section of the last question. If, after this, the patient is still having an unsatisfactory response, you would go back to the previous question and answer "Yes." The algorithm will then ask further questions to determine if enough adequate trials of other medications have occurred to consider clozapine. If clozapine has already been tried, there will be sequences to reconsider the "best of the rest" of the remaining antipsychotics and adjunctives you might not have tried.
