uestion: Which antipsychotic is the
patient taking now? If the patient is on more than one antipsychotic, read the
Help section below for instructions.
- An "atypical" i.e. - olanzapine (Zyprexa),
quetiapine (Seroquel), risperidone (Risperdal), or ziprasidone (Geodon). Also
choose this if the patient is on an atypical in combination with a typical
neuroleptic, or if on two atypicals.
- Clozapine (Clozaril or
generics). Choose this if the patient is on clozapine in combination with any
other antipsychotic(s).
- A "somewhat atypical" neuroleptic i.e. -
chlorprothixene (Taractan), loxitane (Loxapine), mesoridazine (Serentil),
molindone (Moban). pimozide (Orap), or thioridazine (Mellaril). Also
choose this if the patient is on one of the above plus another typical
neuroleptic.
